Account security and confidentiality at FanChatting
Handing over any part of your inbox is a decision you get to control. This page states plainly what access we ask for, who holds it, and how it comes back to you the moment you say stop.
Who actually gets into your account
Your account is worked by the same office-based team on scheduled shifts, not by a rotating pool of outside freelancers. Access is limited to the specific chatters assigned to you, not the rest of our office. Each shift ends with a written handover: active sales, custom requests, and open conversations get passed to the next person on record, so nothing about your account depends on someone's memory.
A supervisor reviews conversations while your account is being worked. You keep your own access the whole time, so you can read any conversation whenever you want, and we send performance reports and conversation reviews on top of that.
How we remove access when you stop
If you end the service, we follow the notice terms agreed at onboarding, complete a proper handover, and remove our access. Any account information we no longer need to hold is returned to you or securely deleted.
The same principle covers someone who never signs up at all. You don't need to give us account access to get a quote, and information you share to ask questions is used only to answer them. Anything sensitive we no longer need is deleted under our privacy procedures.
Fansly's Management Sessions, used as intended
Fansly offers an official feature called Management Sessions. It lets a creator grant a manager access to their account without handing over the account password. You control what the session allows, and you can revoke it from your own account at any time, which cuts our access immediately.
We use this feature the way Fansly built it: scoped to the work you've asked us to do. We never ask for payout or banking access, on Fansly or anywhere else. Your platform payouts go directly to you, and we invoice you separately for our service.
Your content stays off personal devices
Your content is never downloaded or stored on anyone's personal phone or laptop. All account work happens on company-issued equipment inside our one managed office, and any content involved is held on our secured servers, not on individual devices.
It may only be opened for account work you've approved. It's never copied, shared outside that work, or used for anyone's personal benefit. The same rule covers every account we handle, not only yours.
The fact that you work with us stays private
Our relationship with you is confidential. We won't identify you as a client, and we won't use your name, likeness, account, or content in our own marketing without your written approval.
Your team works from the voice and boundaries you've approved, and the working relationship itself stays off the record: the fact that you use FanChatting at all is not something we disclose.
Frequently asked questions
Will I have to give FanChatting my Fansly password?
No. Fansly's Management Sessions feature lets you grant access without sharing your password, and you can revoke that access yourself at any time.
Can I take back access the moment I decide to stop working with FanChatting?
Yes. We follow the notice terms agreed at onboarding, complete a handover, and remove our access. Any account information we no longer need is returned to you or securely deleted.
Does the whole FanChatting office see my conversations, or just my assigned team?
Only the chatters assigned to your account see your conversations, and a supervisor reviews their work. Access is never opened up to the rest of the office.
Is my content ever saved to a chatter's personal phone or laptop?
No. All account work happens on company-issued equipment inside our managed office, and content is held on our secured servers, never on personal devices.
Will FanChatting tell anyone that I use a chatting service?
No. The relationship is confidential. We won't identify you as a client or use your name, content, or account in our marketing without your written approval.
What happens to the information I share if I ask for a quote but don't sign up?
It's used only to answer your questions and prepare a quote. You don't need to give account access for that, and anything sensitive we no longer need is securely deleted.
Ready to see exactly what access we'd need?
Ask us before you commit to anything. We'll walk through what your account actually requires, who on our team would hold access, and how you'd remove it if you ever decide to stop.
No account access needed to ask a question. For creators 18+.
